The DSSSB-EVGC exam is a recognized exam conducted for the candidates of Master’s Degree to make them eligible for becoming Educational and Vocational Guidance Counsellors whose job is to counsel the students in choosing the correct path for themselves, to develop themselves and provide guidance in their educational, vocational and personal areas.

Educational Qualification:-
(1) Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized University or institution, PLUS
(2) Diploma in guidance & counseling from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience:-
Essential:- Nil.
Desirable:- One year Experience in Guidance and Counseling in a Central or State or UT Government Institution/Public Sector Undertaking.
Pay Scale:-
Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4800/- Group: ‘B’
Age Limit:-
Not exceeding 30 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6. Guest/Contract teachers:- Relaxation in upper age as a onetime measure up to the actual time spent as contractual employee of the same department, subject to a maximum of 5 years provided they have worked for at least 180 working days in that particular year as per Services Department letter/circular.
EXAM PATTERN
Section-A:
(i) General Awareness: Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s General Awareness of the environment around him/her and its application to society. The questions will be designed to test knowledge of Current Events and of such matter of everyday observation as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to History, Polity, Constitution, Sports, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, Everyday Science, Scientific Research, National/International Organizations /Institutions etc.
(ii) General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability: The syllabus of General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability includes questions of both verbal and non-verbal types. Test may include questions on analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship, concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc.
(iii) Arithmetical & Numerical Ability : The test of Arithmetical and Numerical Abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Data Interpretation, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs etc.
(iv) Hindi Language & Comprehension and English Language & Comprehension: In addition to the testing of candidate’s understanding and comprehension of the English and Hindi Languages, questions on its Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Structure, Synonyms, Antonyms and its correct usage etc. would also be covered.

Deepak sir teachings & blessings will always guide me throughout my lifelong journey.🌿🌺🙏🌼🌿Divyanshu Dwivedi2023-08-29अचानक से एक दिन youtub comment में मैने bits yuva का नाम सुना,मैने इस संस्थान के बारे में थोड़ा इंटरनेट पर खंगाला तो पता चला यह संस्थान मेरे छात्रावास से लगभग 2 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है । संस्थान के कर्ता धर्ता दीपक सर का मैने डेमो क्लास लिया तो मुझे महसूस हुआ की शायद मुझे संस्थान में नामांकन ले लेनी चाहिए। अंततः मैं संस्थान में पुछताछ के लिए गया जहां एक सज्जन मिले, उनके द्वारा प्रशिक्षित स्नातक शिक्षक (विशेष शिक्षा ) के बैच के बारे में अच्छे से समझाया और बताया गया की आनलाइन बैच की फीस 15000 रूपए है। फीस सुनकर मैंने कहा की वर्तमान में एक साथ 15000 की व्यस्था करना थोड़ा दिक्कत भरा है। क्या ऐसा संभव नही की मैं आपको फीस की रकम 2 किश्तों में दे दू? थोड़ी देर सोचने के बाद उन्होंने बोला," ऐसी व्यवस्था वर्तमान में नहीं है", हां, नजदीकी बैंक से लोन लेने की सलाह जरूर दे दी गई। आप रेफर से आएं है तो आपको 10 प्रतिशत की छूट मिल सकती है, ऐसा सुनकर थोड़ा सुकून मिला, मैं वापिस आने के बाद पैसे की व्यवस्था करने लगा, लगभग 12000 की व्यस्था कर हम दुबारा संस्थान गए जहां दीपक सर कक्षा में पढ़ाते हुए नजर आए। रिसेप्शन पर सज्जन मिलें, मैने धीरे से बोला ," सर आप मुझे 20 प्रतिशत की छूट दे सकते हैं,जैसे तैसे मैंने 12000 की व्यस्था कर ली है" मेरे हाथ में कुछ नहीं,जो है दीपक सर है , हां, आपका प्रस्ताव हम दीपक सर के समक्ष रख सकते है , जैसा आदेश होगा हम सूचना दे देंगे, ऐसा सज्जन जी ने बोला। 2–3 दिन बीत जाने के बाद मैंने ही उनसे फोन से संपर्क किया एवम मुझसे कहा गया की आपका प्रस्ताव ठुकरा दिया गया है। कोई छात्र संस्थान से मदद कब लेता है? जब उसे लगता है की मैं अपनी सीट सम्बंधित परीक्षा में पक्का करना ही चाहता हूं। हो सकता है की किसी छात्र के लिए 15000 की रकम कम हो और किसी छात्र के लिए सामान्य, परंतु आमतौर पर यह देखा गया है की अध्यापक भर्ती परीक्षा की तैयारी करने वाले छात्रों में मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार के छात्रों की संख्या अधिक होती है। हां , फीस की रकम क्या होनी चाहिए यह संस्थान का अधिकार तो है लेकिन छात्रहीत के बारे में सोचना भी संस्थान का दायित्व है। इस पोस्ट के माध्यम से मैं सस्थांन के संचालक श्री दीपक शर्मा जी से अनुरोध करता हूं की फीस की रकम के साथ साथ फीस की देने की प्रक्रिया में भी गहन अध्ययन कर सुधार लाएं। धन्यवाद। दिव्यांशु द्विवेदीDharmendra Rajbhar2023-05-31बहुत खूबसूरत ये यात्रा है मेरे लिए हर रोज कुछ नया मिलता हैashok pannu2023-05-25It's supercalifragilisticexpialidociousAman Sumit2023-05-25Psychology ko shi maybe m mane sir se hi padhna sikha h...He is provided best knowledge of psychology subjects...
